We're Erinn Cottman and Blair Presley Bone, proud Class of 2006 alumnae, friends since Twitchell, and founders of our own individual coaching businesses. Together, we envisioned a better way to connect with and uplift Hampton women in entrepreneurship, giving rise to the 1868 Collective.
