The 1868 Collective is for you if:
You’re an alumna of Hampton University.
You’re a full-time or part-time entrepreneur of any business type who is committed to growing your business.
You’re an aspiring entrepreneur or sidehustling right now and want support to help growing your side business.
You need accountability to launch your next big thing.
You need help sorting through a business challenge or brainstorming an idea.
You want to be able to build community without it being overcommitted. While you may be a part of other communities, we desire for this to be what you need without it being yet another thing you have to do.
You want a safe space to have the tough talks about how you’re growing your business, using data to make decisions, and how to avoid preventable mistakes.
This may not be for you if:
You’re a business owner but not a Hampton University alumna.
You’re in a space in which you’re looking to receive but not give. This space requires us to be willing to share our lessons and connections so that we can learn and receive, too.

Listen in
Sometimes you need a good boss playlist to keep you locked in and focused. Powered by Spotify, listen in to our money making hype music that keeps us going.
Your network (really is) your net worth
Within the 1868 Collective lay tools, frameworks, and resources to help you gain alignment, save time, and resist stalling on a phenomenal idea that you’ve been sitting on that the world needs to experience.
Let’s say that you’re preparing to launch a podcast for the first time. How much would it be worth to you to learn that you’re going about it the wrong way? What if you’re pivoting to a new business model and need to know how to position it, how to price your offering, and what to avoid? There’s tangible business value in learning and collaborating with others.
